At Neatshop.in, operated by Neatnode Innovations Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange subject to the terms outlined below.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in unused, unaltered condition, in their original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

  • Products that are used, altered, damaged due to customer handling, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


2️⃣ Return Request & Approval Process

  • All return, refund, or exchange requests must be initiated by contacting our customer support through the details provided on the Platform.

  • Every request is subject to review and approval by Neatshop’s Customer Support / Operations Team.

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated to the customer after verification of the request and supporting details (if required).

  • Neatnode Innovations Private Limited reserves the final authority to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request in accordance with this Policy.


3️⃣ Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged or borne by Neatshop.in.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or reasons not attributable to Neatshop.in, the customer will be responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product back to us.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.


4️⃣ Refund & Exchange Process

Once the return request is approved:

  • Exchange: Replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.

  • Refund: The refund amount will be processed within 3–5 business days after successful receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


5️⃣ Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting evidence such as photographs or videos may be required for verification.

  • Upon approval, a full refund or replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
