1️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you may choose to reject the delivery, subject to applicable return conditions.

2️⃣ Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations, approved returns, or confirmed cases of damaged/defective products.

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Mode of Refund

  • All refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet).

  • We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.


3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

  • Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved:

  • Exchange: Replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund: Processed as per the refund timeline mentioned above.


4️⃣ Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of damage or defect (such as images or videos) may be required for verification.

  • Upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be provided, as applicable.
