  • All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post.

  • We partner only with reliable logistics providers to ensure secure and efficient delivery of your products.

2️⃣ Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, serviceability, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • All deliveries are subject to the operational norms and timelines of courier companies or postal authorities.

3️⃣ Delays in Delivery

  • While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, Neatshop.in shall not be held liable for delays caused due to courier partner issues, postal delays, natural calamities, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4️⃣ Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the address, pin code, and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • Neatshop.in shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5️⃣ Shipping Confirmation

  • Once an order is dispatched, shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available) will be sent to the registered email ID or contact details provided by the customer.

6️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in applicable policies.

7️⃣ Exchange / Replacement Shipments

  • In case of an approved exchange or replacement, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability and verification.
